2 cups walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
zest of 3/4 orange
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Put everything in a food processor and blend to a firm paste with the walnuts still a little coarse.
Moisten your hands with water or grease them with oil, so that the paste doesn't stick, and roll into walnut-sized balls.
Arrange on oiled greasproof paper on a baking sheet - a little apart, as they spread - and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
