"My dad had to make dinner because my mom and I had to go out and look for some jewelry to go with my dress for prom (Jessie is a high school junior). He made hot dogs which weren't very good. And a pasta salad that was really pretty good with peppers, squash, and olives. For dessert, I had some Morrocan cookies called ghoriba that I made for my French project at school."
