| I'm so glad you asked me that today of all days because, I swear to God, last night was the first time in a long time I've made a nice dinner. I grilled salmon and sauteed leeks, and put them on the salmon. We had pasta with sauteed red and green peppers, and I mixed in some parmesan. We had leftover wedding cake (from her friends' Kerry and Henry's wedding) for dessert. Now....Doug and I loved the dinner. The kids - that's another story. They don't like fish. It was definitely one of the best dinners I've made in a long time. Listen, sometimes it's cereal and crackers. | |
